COVID-19: Recovery rate stands at 87.76 percent

Imphal: With the discharge of 169 COVID-19 patients on Tuesday the recovery rate stood at 87.76 percent.

In the past twenty-four hours, 171 persons including seven personnel from Central Armed Police Force (CAPE) were confirmed as new positive cases.

The cumulative number of positive cases was 26,396 and the number of active cases was 2,919.

Covid common control room said in the last 24 hours, two persons aged 71 years (male, Imphal West) and 70 years (male, Imphal West) expired at Shija Hospital (2). The cumulative number of deaths was 311.
