Imphal: Continuing with the endeavour to generate awareness about recruitment activities and employment amongst the youth of border villages, Chassad Batallion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) organised a lecture on Recruitment and Employment Awareness for the youth of Kangpat Khullen, Kangpat Khunou and Skipe villages in Kamjong district on Sunday.
The informative lecture was aimed to provide information of the ongoing Government job vacancies, eligibility criteria, selection process and their preparations. It also included motivational true stories for the aspiring youths to volunteer for such jobs and also emphasized on the role of educated youth towards shaping a bright future for border villages.
Fifty-two villagers including Village Youth Club members, Village Development Club members, young boys and girls attended the event.
