Imphal: With the confirmation of nine persons positive for Covid-19 active cases has risen to 91 as on Wednesday in Manipur.
In 24 hours, nine persons from general population and one personnel from Central Armed Police Force (CAPE) were confirmed as new positive cases.
The positive cases from general population were from Imphal East (1), Imphal West (3), Thoubal (1), Churachandpur (3) and Tamenglong (1).
There is no report of Covid related death. The cumulative number of deaths was 373.
Two Covid patients were discharged from CAPF (1) and Home Isolation ( 1).
The cumulative number of positive cases was 29,223 and the recovery rate was 98.41 percent.
A total of 4165 persons were vaccinated on the day increasing the cumulative number of vaccinated persons to 32651 in the state.
