Imphal: Manipur Police announced a cash reward of Rs 50,000 for any individual who provides information leading to the arrest of the unknown culprit who lobbed a Chinese Hand inside the gate of Poknapham/Peoples Chronicle media house, located at Keishampat, Imphal.
Identity of the informant will be kept confidential, superintendent of police W. Basu Singh said in a statement released on Wednesday.
The police department provided four contact numbers-SP-Imphal West 9612759705, SDPO-Imphal 8787533297, OC Amphal PS 7005625909 and OC/CDO-IW 9856136200 to provide information.
An unknown woman suspected to be a member of ‘valley based’ extremist organisation who came on a numberless white Activa scooter lobbed the bomb.
Media persons have been protesting against the attack. They demand the assailant to disclose identity and clarify on the threat.
