Imphal: With the confirmation of six new Covid-19 positive cases on Monday the active cases has risen to 67 in Manipur.
The positive cases from were from Imphal West (2), Bishnupur (1), Kakching (2) and Ukhrul (1).
Of them four were confirmed at Imphal airport.
A total of 90 passengers were tested at the airport. So far 26 air passengers have been tested positive for the contagion since the recent surging of Covid-19 cases in the nation.
There was no report of Covid related death on this day. The cumulative number of deaths was 374.
Two patients were recovered and discharged from isolation.
The cumulative number of positive cases was 29,391. The recovery rate was 98.49 percent.
A total of 85,717 persons have been vaccinated so far in the state.
