Imphal: Seven persons including two personnel from Central Armed Police Force (CAPF) were confirmed as new Covid-19 positive cases on the 4th day of Holi festival in Manipur on Wednesday.
The positive persons were tested at Imphal West RAT (5), RIMS (1) and Raj Medicity (1).
The five positive cases from general population were from Imphal West.
In the last 24 hours, them was no report of death. The cumulative number of deaths was 374.
Four recovered Covid patients were discharged from home isolation.
The cumulative number of positive cases was 29,400. The number of active cases was 70 and the recovery rate was 98.48 percent.
Air passengers who travelled to the state on March 3 by indigo flight 6E-2251 in rows 16-22, 30-40 and Air India flight A1-889 rows 12-18 must inform the Common Covid Control Room 18003453818 or respective district surveillance officers, the control room said.
