Imphal: With the motive to foster healthy lifestyle and well-being amongst the people residing in remote areas of Manipur in consonance with Fit India Movement, Churachandpur Battalion Assam Rifles under the aegis of Churachandpur Sector Assam Rifles organised a Yoga Camp for various villages under Thanlon sub-division on Thursday.
The camp was organised in the morning for people of various age groups ranging from 5 – 70 years.
A brief lecture was also conducted emphasising importance of physical activities, good nourishment and proper hygiene for overall physical and mental well-being. The event witnessed exuberant participation of approximately 80 villagers from villages under Thanlon sub-division.
