Joint Committee of Public Awareness on Covid-19 reconstituted

Imphal: Joint Committee of Public Awareness on Covid-19 has been reconstituted with new representatives on Friday.

The representatives of the committee were Th. Satyabrata Singh, minister (CAF & PD, Labour/ Law and Legislative Affairs), Manipur as convernor, K Robindro Singh, and deputy Speaker and H. Dingo Singh, MLA (Sekmai AC) as co-convenors.

The committee will facilitate greater awareness amongs clubs, Meira Paibis, civil society organisation and the general public on measures stipulated by the competent authorities for containing the Covid-19 pandemic for their effective implementation of guidelines and other SoP protocols in the state, the state home department said.
