Imphal: In pursuit to spread awareness about managing stress and good health in challenging pandemic times, Annu Naresh conducted a lecture and interactive session on Sujok Therapy for Covid-19 management for members of Assam Rifles Wives Welfare Association of Mantripukhri garrison on Wednesday.
During the lecture, the audience was significantly explained about the importance of stress free and healthy lifestyle through various Sujok Therapy techniques including effectiveness of Sujok therapy in boosting immunity against Covid-19 and healing chronic diseases. The speaker also stated that Sujok Therapy is a drugless way to good health and safest therapy ever known.
The event culminated with interactive session and thanks giving ceremony. All necessary Covid-19 protocols were adhered during the conduct of the event.
