Heptulla wishes grand success to Tokyo bound Indian athletes

Imphal: Manipur governor Dr Najma Heptulla has conveyed her best wishes to the 119 – 67 males and 52 females Tokyo bound Indian athletes in 85 medals events taking part in Tokyo Olympics beginning on July 23.

She also conveyed the pride the nation feels for those who have represented India in the Olympics over the years.

The governor categorically conveyed her best wishes to those five athletes of tiny Manipur M.C. Mary Kom, Boxing; Sushila Llikmabam, Judo; Pukhrambam Sushila Chanu, Hockey; Sanglakpam Nilakanta Sharma, Hockey; and Saikhom Mirabai Chanu, weightlifting.
