Imphal: Manipur on Sunday reported 10 Covid-19 related deaths, 736 positive cases and 921 recoveries.
The death cases belonged to Imphal West (3), Imphal East (3), Bishnupur (1), Kakching (I), Kangpokpi (1) and Churachandpur (1).
“Out of 10 deaths, 9 persons had co-morbidities and none of them had Covid vaccine,” Manipur Covid-19 common control room said.
The cumulative number of deaths is 1650, it added.
The new positive cases were from Imphal East (206), Imphal West (244), Thoubal (37), Bishnupur (66), Kakching (19), Ukhnil (19), Churachandpur (42), Chandel (10), Senapati (13), Tamenglong (1 l), Tengnoupal (1), Noney (54), Phernwl (7), CAPF (3) and Kangpokpi (4).
The positivity rate was 13.1 percent.
The recovered persons were discharged from home isolation (463), RIMS (11), JNIMS (7), CCCs (238) and CH. (202).
The cumulative number of positive cases is 1,04,324. The number of active cases is 7,951. The recovery rate is 90.79 percent, the control room said.
In the last 24 hours, a total of 2066 D-type oxygen cylinders and 300 B-type oxygen cylinders have been made available to different health facilities of Manipur, it added.
The cumulative vaccine doses administered till Saturday was 1390305 (1st dose of 1145288 and 2nd dose of 245017).
