Imphal: Manipur Police has released list of police officers and police personnel who are to be awarded the Police Medal for Gallantry and Union Home Minister’s Medal for Excellence in Police Training, 2018-2019.
They will receive the medals on the occasion of Independence Day, 2021.
Inspector B. Lunthang Vaiphei, OC(CDO), Wangoi Police station, Imphal West was named for 4th BAR to PMG.
Md. Samadur Rahaman, Havildar No. 795126/2nd IRB attached with CDO, Bishnupur was named for Police Medal for Gallantry.
K. Priyojit Singh, Jem J.C. No. 803, MPTC, Th. Digbijoy Singh, Rfn. No. 062006472, MPTC, W. Surjit Singh, Rfn. No. 132001176, MPTC, and Kh. Tomba Singh, Rfn. No. 112005766, MPTC were listed for Union Home Minister’s Medal for Excellence in Police Training, 2018-2019.
