Imphal: Manipur on Friday saw one Covid-19 related death and 210 new positive cases while 658 patients were recovered.
The death case belonged to Imphal East. With this the cumulative Covid-19 deaths stood at 1807 in the state.
The positive cases were from Imphal East (57), Imphal West (80), Thoubal (7), Bishnupur ( I 1), ‘,Aching (2), Ukhrul (14), Churachandpur (32), Chandel (2), Senapati (1), Kamjong (3) and Kangpokpi (1).
Maniour Covid-19 common control room said 261 persons were discharged. Due to various reasons, 397 persons are reported as discharged cases only on Friday. Therefore, the total number of recovered cases is considered as 658, it added.
The cumulative number of positive cases is 1,16,607. The number of active cases is 2,769. The recovery rate is 96.08 percent, it said.
In the last 24 hours, a total of 1343 D-type oxygen cylinders and 337 B-type oxygen cylinders have been made available to different health facilities of Manipur.
As on Thursday the cumulative Covid-19 vaccine doses administered was 1584886 (1st dose of 1198915 and 2nd dose of 385971).
