Imphal: Tamenglong District People’s Organisation Manipur( TDPOM) has welcomed the ‘ Go to Hills 2.0’ mission of the N. Biren Singh led Manipur government.
The people organisation in a statement declared that it will be very much delighted and looking forward to welcome the chief minister and his team to Tamenglong headquarter with wide open arms.
It claimed that people of Tamenglong welcome the second edition of the Go to Hills mission which ensures people in remote places to avail benefits of various welfare schemes at their door steps.
TDPOM expressed it appreciation the initiatives of the BJP led government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the Centre as well as the state government led by Biren.
The missions–“Go to Hills” and “Go to Village” are a positive steps that help witness a sea change in the society it added.
Most of all the gap of mis-trust and mis-understanding among various communities have been rooted out by Biren, the people organisation said.
The dynamics of implementing and delivering the CMHT and PMJAY card for the needy and BPL families have helped thousands of people in the health sectors, it claims.
It appealed to all the head of the department to be present at their respective offices or place of posting to fulfil the relentless endeavor of Biren that has positive impacts.
