Imphal: Two Covid-19 patients expired and 293 patients recovered while 195 new cases were confirmed in Manipur on Sunday.
Both death cases were from Imphal West.
The new Covid-19 cases belonged to Imphal East (41), Imphal West (102), Thoubal (II), Bishnupur (4), ICakching (1), Ukhrul (7), Churachandpur (5), Chandel (9), Senapati (3), Tamenglong (3), Tengnoupal (2), Noney (1), Pherzawl (3) and Kangpokpi (3).
The cumulative number of deaths is 1811 and that of positive cases is 1,17,094. The number of active cases is 2,747. The recovery rate is 96.11 percent.
The cumulative number of doses of Covid 19 vaccine administered as on Saturday was 1593856 (1st dose of 1200549 and 2nd dose 393307).
