Imphal: Manipur on Tuesday saw three Covid-19 related deaths and 231 new positive cases while 231 Covid patients were recovered in 24 hours.
Manipur Covid-19 common control room said two of the deaths had co-morbidities and none of them had Covid vaccine.
The positive cases brlonged to Imphal East (37), Imphal West (132), Thoubal (10), Bishnupur (5), Kakching (3), Ukhrul (10), Churachandpur (17), Chandel (1), Senapati (3), Tamenglong (2), Noney (4), Kamjong (1), Kangpokpi (4) and CAPF (2).
The cumulative number of deaths is 1815. The cumulative number of positive cases is 1,17,461. The number of active cases is 2,614. The recovery rate is 96.23 percent, the control room said.
The number of doses of Covid-19 vaccine administered on Tuesday was 5806. The cumulative doses was 1600361 ( 1st dose of 1201850 and 2nd dose of 39851I).
