Imphal: With the objective to reduce transmission of Covid-19 and enhance safety measures for the public in general Imphal West deputy commissioner Th. Kirankumar has issued an order to conduct regular mobile testing drive for Covid-19 for the shopkeepers of shops and establishments in Imphal West district.
The order said the test shall be taken up with effect from Friday.
Test schedule
No test schedule shall be taken up on Sunday and public holidays. Testing shall be exempted for persons who have been vaccinated (to produce the certificates on demand) or who can produce Covid-19 negative certificate taken within seven days. All persons not able to produce the certificate shall be tested for Covid-19, the order said.
The chief medical officer, Imphal West has been instructed to make necessary arrangement for the smooth implementation of the test drive.
