‘Actions will be taken up against law breaking foreigners’

Imphal: Fourteen Myanmar nationals who were trying to board a flight to Delhi with fake Aadhaar cards were apprehended at Imphal airport on Friday.

‘The state government take this matter very seriously, and a thorough investigation is already underway. Stringent actions will be taken up against those people who enter the country without proper documents,” chief minister N. Biren Singh said.

Anyone who abets foreign nationals to break the law of this land will be tried as per the law, he added.
