Manipur reports 3 Covid-19 related deaths, 150 positive cases

Imphal: Covid-19 has claimed three persons lives, infected 150 persons while 134 Covid patients were recovered in 24 hours as reported on Sunday.

The three deaths belonged one each to Thoubal, Bishnupur and Ukhrul.

“Out of 3 deaths, 2 persons had co-morbidities and none of them had vaccinated,” Manipur Covid-19 common control room said.

The fresh cases belonged to Imphal East (38), Imphal West (61), Thoubal (5), Bishnupur (12), Ukhrul (8), Churachandpur (9), Chandel (1), Kangpokpi (1), Tamenglong (1) Kamjong (13) and CAPF (1).

The cumulative number of deaths is 1885. The cumulative number of positive cases is 1,22,003. The number of active cases is 1,729. The recovery rate is 97.04 percent, the control room said.
