Covid-19 active cases fall below 1000 in Manipur

Imphal: With the recovery of 494 Covid-19 patients the active cases has dropped to 903 in Manipur as reported on Friday.
Two Covid-19 patients and 56 fresh cases were reported.
Manipur Covid-19 common control room said the death cases belonged to Imphal East and Chandel districts.
Both of thcm had co-morbiditics and one of them had 1st dose of Covid vaccine, it added.
The positive cases belonged to Imphal East (17), Imphal West (25), Bishnupur (4), Kakching (1), Ukhrul (3), Churachandpur (5) and Senapati (1).
The cumulative number of positive cases was 1,23,107 and the recovery rate was 97.71 percent.
Covid-19 vaccine doses of 9245 was administered on Thursday in the state. The cumulative doses was 1864123 (1st dose of 1239478 and 2nd dose of 624.5).
