Manipur has 842 Covid-19 active cases

Imphal: Manipur on Thursday reported one Covid-19 related death, 53 new positive cases and 54 recoveries.

The Covid-19 victim was from Imphal East. State Covid-19 common control room said the person had co-morbidities and was not vaccinated.

The new cases belonged to Imphal East (15), Imphal West (28), Thoubal (1), Bishnupur (2), Kakching (I), Ukhrtil (2), Chandel (2), CAPF (1) and Tamenglong (I).

The cumulative number of deaths was 1918 and that of positive cases was 1,23,526. The number of active cases was 842. The recovery rate was 97.77 percent.
