Assam Rifles celebrates Kut festival

Imphal: ​Khoupum battalion under the aegis of IGAR (S) organised Chavang Kut Festival in Majuran Kuki Vill, Noney district on Sunday.

​The event was attended by 150 villagers from five villages, who witnessed display of an impressive traditional Kuki dance performance by 12 girls.

​A friendly football match for the youth was also organised as part of the celebrations. Attractive gifts and prizes were given to all participants.
