2 unvaccinated Covid-19 patients expired

Imphal: Manipur on Monday reported two Covid-19 related deaths, 56 positive cases and 50 recoveries.

“Out of 2 deaths, 1 person had co-morbidities and both of them had not vaccinated,” Covid-19 common control room said.

They belonged to Thoubal and Chandel. The cumulative number of deaths was 1923.

The fresh cases belonged to Implial East (15), Imphal West (34), aiandel (1), Churachandpur (4), Kamjong (1) and Tamenglong (1).

The cumulative number of positive cases was 1,23,787. The number of active cases was 712. The recovery rate was 97.87 percent.

The cumulative vaccine doses administered till Sunday was 1968713 ( 1st dose of 1249412 and 2nd dose of 719301).
