One unvaccinated Covid-19 patient expired, 78 get positive

Imphal: Manipur on Thursday reported one Covid-19 related death case, 78 positive cases and 40 recovered cases.
The single fatality belonged to Imphal East. Covid-19 common control room said the death person had co-morbidities and not vaccinated.
The cumulative number of deaths was 1941.
The new positive cases belonged to Imphal East (22), Imphal West (30), Thoubal (2), Bishnupur (1), Kakching (1), Chandel (1 ), Churachandpur (17). Senapati (2), Ukhrul (1) and CAPF(1). The positivity rate was 4.2 percent.
The cumulative number of positive cases is 1,24,328. The number of active cases is 761. The recovery rate is 97.83 percent.
As on Wednesday, the cumulative vaccine doses administered was 2033082 (1st dose of 1256919 and 2nd dose of 776163).
