Tuesday Manipur reports 71 positive, 334 recoveries, no death

Imphal: Manipur on Tuesday reported no Covid-19 related deaths, 71 positive cases and 334 recovered cases in 24 hours bringing down the active cases to 537.

The new active cases belonged to Imphal East (24), Imphal West (29), Thoubal (1), Bishnupur (2), Kakching (4), Churachandpur (3), Kamjong (1), Noney (1), Ukhrul (5) and CAPF (1).

The cumulative number of deaths is 1,953. The cumulative number of positive cases is 1,24,588. The recovery rate is 98 percent, state Covid-19 common control room said.

Till Monday the cumulative vaccine doses administered was 20,68,405 (1st dose of 12,63,238 and 2nd dose of 8,05,167).
