39 reported positive for Covid-19, no death

Imphal: With no Covid-19 death Manipur reported 39 new positive cases while 43 recovered from infection in 24 hours as reported on Monday.

The new Covid-19 cases belonged to Implial East (10), Imphal West (16), Thoubal (2), Bishnupur (3), Kalcching (3), Chandel (2), Churachandpur (1), Ukhrul (I) and CAPF (1). The positivity rate was 2.6 percent.

The cumulative number of positive cases is 1,24,957. The number of active cases 11 678. The recovery rate is 97.89 percent, state Covid-19 common control room said.

The cumulative vaccine doses administered was 2105568.
