NIA declares cash reward against 10 wanted militants


Imphal: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has declared cash rewards against ten cadres of PLA and MNPF in connection with the with attack on the convoy of CO of 46 Assam Rifles on November 13, 2021 with arms and explosives, near Sialsih village on Indo-Myanmar road under Singngat Police station of Churachandpur district, Manipur.

The attack resulted in death of five Assam Rifles personnel including Commanding Officer, his family members and injuries to six Assam Rifles personnel.

The NIA said ten terrorists of PLA and MNPF are wanted in connection with attack declaring the cash rewards against the 10 ‘terrorists’. The cash rewards range from Rs 4 lakh to Rs 8 lakh.

If any person is having any information of importance on the suspects leading to their arrest or apprehension, the information may be shared on the email-addresses and phone numbers of the NIA headquarter and Imphal control rooms.
