Manipur reports 2 Covid-19 deaths, 103 positive cases

Imphal: Manipur on Thursday reported two Covid-19 related deaths, 103 positive cases and 151 recovered cases.

The death cases belonged to Imphal West. Both of them had co-morbidities and not vaccinated. The cumulative number of deaths was 2090.

The fresh cases belonged to Imphal East (16), Imphal West (34), Thoubal (12), Bisthmpur (8), Kalcching (7), Kangpokpi (4), Tamenglong (3), Tengnoupal (1), Ukhnil (6), Noney (1), Senapati (2), Chandel (1), Churachandpur (6) and CAPF (2). The positivity rate was 5 percent.

The cumulative number of positive cases has risen to 1,36,239.The number of active cases wae 2094 and the recovery rate improved to 96.93 percent.
