4 more die of Covid-19, 62 more positive

Imphal: Manipur on Saturday reported four Covid-19 related death cases, 62 new positive cases and 62 recovered cases.

The Covid-19 fatalities belonged to Imphal West, Bishnupur, Kakching and Tamenglong. The Covid-19 related death toll has risen to 2096.

The fresh cases belonged to Imphal East (9), Imphal West (21), Thoubal (4), Bishnupur (5), Kakching (3), Kamjong (1), Kangpokpi (4), Tamenglong (2), Tengnoupal (2), Ukhrul (2), Senapati (5), Chandel (2) and Churachandpur (2). The positivity rate was 4.2 percent.

The cumulative number of positive cases was 1,36,384. The number of active cases was 683 and the recovery rate was 97.96 percent in the state.
