Covid-19 active cases drop to 268 in Manipur

Imphal: With the recovery of 23 Covid-19 patients and confirmation of 16 new positive cases the number of Covid active cases dropped 20 268 in Manipur on Saturday.
One Covid-19 related death case was reported to give a cumulative Covid-19 related death cases figure to 2114. The death case belonged to Kakching. He had no co-mothidities and was fully vaccinated.
The fresh cases belonged to Imphal East (4), Imphal West (3), Thoubal (2), Bishnupur (4), Kakching (2) and Kangpokpi (1). The positivity rate was 1.4 percent.
The cumulative number of positive cases stood at 1,36,888. The recovery rate was 98.26 percent.
