Covid-19 claims 1 life, infects 10 persons in Manipur

Imphal: Manipur on Sunday reported one Covid-19 related death case, 10 positive cases and 29 recovered cases leaving the active cases tally at 248.

The death case belonged to Imphal West. He had co-morbidities and had first dose of Covid vaccine. The cumulative number of Covid-19 related deaths stood at 2115.

The fresh cases belonged to Imphal East (4), Imphal West (3), Thoubal ( I), Bishnupur (1) and Kangpokpi (1). The positivity rate was 1.1 percent.

The cumulative number of positive cases increased to 1,36,898. The recovery rate stood qt 98.27 percent.
