Biren wishes prosperous Cheiraoba

Imphal: Manipur chief minister N. Biren Singh extended his warm greetings and best wishes to the people of Manipur on the occasion of Sajibu Nongma Panba Cheiraoba which falls on Saturday.

Sajibu Cheiraoba marks the beginning of a new lunar year for the Meitei community. It brings people closer together through sharing and gifting, Biren said.

“I pray that this new year will bring abundance of joy and good health to everyone,” the chief minister greeted.

He wished everyone a happy and prosperous new year.
