Imphal: To envisage the vision of chief minister, N. Biren Singh, the district administration will conduct door to door survey to identity households for successful implementation of government’s action plan- ‘100 action points for first 100 Days’, Thoubal deputy commissioner A. Subhash Singh said on Wednesday.
“To envisage the vision of the state government all district level officers must ensure that the target is achieved so that the poorest of the poor in the district can avail the benefits of various schemes,” the deputy commissioner said.
He was speaking in a meeting of Sub-Division Development Monitoring Mission as a part of state government’s action plan, which was held at the conference hall of deputy commissioner, Thoubal.
Subhash appealed to the public residing in the district to take part and cooperate in the door to door survey to ensure development reaches every person.
The meeting was chaired by principal secretary, youth affairs and sports, OSD forest, environment and climate change S.S Chhabra, IFS in-charge of District Level Coordination Team, Thoubal.
Biren recently announced his government’s action plan- ‘100 action points for first 100 Days’ to provide momentum to the new government to serve the people effectively throughout the five years.
Chhabra emphasised the vision of the state government towards strengthening citizen-centric governance, promote revenue generation, fill gaps in infrastructure, quicken economic growth and strive for inclusive development of the state. He said the first step should be towards identifying households having no source of livelihood and who are not enrolled in the Socio Economic Caste Census.

Somorendro Singh; district information officer, Tenshubam Sangeeta and other BLOs and district level officers attended the meeting.
