International Day Against Drug and Illicit Trafficking at 2nd Manipur Rifles

Imphal: 2nd Battalion Manipur Rifles observed the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking under the theme of “Addressing drug challenges in health and humanitarian crises” at the battalion campus on Sunday.

Awareness and presentations related to drug abuse, challenges and health crisis etc. were given by commandant Victoria Yengkhom, Dr Angomacha, retired psychiatrist, Manipur Health Services, Dr. Rebika and Dr. Gaithailu, both 2nd MR Unit doctors.

An expert team from Herbalife led by Nandakishore Lourembam, senior member conducted a Free Body Health evaluation for all officers and personnel of the battalion.
