Manipur bags 3 awards in World Organic Expo

Imphal: Manipur bagged three awards in “World Organic Expo-2022” held during June 17-19 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

Manipur was represented by department of horticulture and soil conservation, Manipur and Manipur Organic Mission Agency (MOMA) has bagged 3 (three) awards from the exhibition-

MOMA won1st Prize for showcasing wonderful organic products.

Department of horticulture and soil conservation won 2nd prize for Helping Farmer Excel in Horticulture Farming and Conserving Soil with Branding of Manifresh.

MOVCDNER Manipur won 3rd prize for achieving the mission objectives.

In this expo, a team of govt officials, staff, FPC representatives and entrepreneurs showcased the organic fresh produce as well as processed food item of the state.
