Minister Awangbow attends Open Breaking championship

Imphal: Water resource and relief and disaster management minister Awangbow Newmai on Tuesday attended the 1st Manipur district Open Breaking Championship  held at Kago  football artificial turf, Ghari, Imphal.

Awangbow expressed happiness on the development of artificial turf. He said such sports are being organised not only for the football lovers but also for recreation and entertainment purposes also.

He encouraged the youngsters who are interested in sports. He also maintained that sports are very essential for physical and mental well-being of an individual.

W.Ibohal, director of tourism also attended the ceremony.
