Covid-19 active cases rise to 31 in Manipur

Imphal: Covid-19 active cases has increased to 31 in Manipur with the confirmation of seven new cases at the positivity rate of 10.9 percent.

The seven cases were confirmed positive out of 64 samples.

The fresh cases, three males and four females belonged to Imphal East (3), Imphal West (3) and Bisthiupur (1).

All necessary medical pt:ecautionary measures like containment and contact tracing are in place, Manipur Covid-19 common control room said.

With no death case the cumulative number of Covid deaths was 2120. No Covid patients were recovered on this day.

The cumulative number of positive eases is 1,37,281. The recovery rate is 98.43, the control room said.
