Covid-19 infects 9 more in Manipur

Imphal: Nine persons have been confirmed positive for Covid-19 in Manipur and three Covid patients were recovered giving an active cases tally of 49.
The positivity rate was 5.8 percent. The new nine cases were confirmed positive out of 155 samples. Eight of them belonged to Imphal West district and the other to Thoubal district.
With no death, the cumulative number of Covid related deaths remained at 2120.
The cumulative number of positive eases is 1,37,306. Thc recovery rate is 98.42 percent, Manipur Covid-19 common control room said.
