Minister Ranjan inspects Integrated Ayush Hospital, Keirao

Imphal: Health minister Dr S. Ranjan Singh visited Integrated Ayush Hospital, Keirao in Imphal East on Wednesday.

The minister was accompanied by MLA L. Rameshwor Singh, Ayush director Dr A. Guneshwor Sharma, officials of Ayush department, engineers of MANIDCO and others.

During the visit, the ministerial team inspected the progress of the construction of the State Homeopathy Medical College and State Homeopathy Manufacturing Unit. He also inspected Drug Testing Laboratory which is under construction.

A meeting was also held with the concerned officials of Ayush department which was also attended by the staffs of the engineering department after the infrastructures of the present Integrated Ayush Hospital, Keirao was reviewed.

The minister urged the concerned officials and contractors for early completion of the uncompleted structures in the public interest. He said the department will approach for the required fund to the concerned for the completion of the structures. He said such visits will be continued for other districts and sub-divisions where there are health facilities.
