90 more positive cases push Covid-19 active cases to 537

Imphal: Manipur on Monday reported 90 covid-19 positive cases and 45 recovered cases taking the active cases tally to 537 in the state.
The fresh cases were confirmed at RIMS (4), JNIMS (3) and other t.ting centres (83). They belonged to Imphal East (18), Imphal West (46), Thoubal (5), Bishnupur (4), Kakching (4), Kangpokpi (1), Ukhrul (2), Churachandpur (9) and Kamjong (1).
All necessary medical precautionary measur. like containment and contact tracing are in place, Manipur Covid-19 common control room said.
The positivity rate moved down to 11.5 percent.
No Covid-19 related death case was reported. The cumulative number of deaths was 2121.
The recovered persons were discharged from Horne Isolation (35), RIMS (5), JNIMS (1) and SHRI (4).
The cumulative number of positive cases is 1,38,033. The recovery rate is 98.07 percent, the control room said.
As on Sunday a total of 98 D-typo oxygen cylinders and 1 B-type oxygen cylinders have been made available to different health facilities of Manipur.
