12 more get Covid-19 positive, 56 recovered in Manipur

Imphal: Manipur on Thursday reported 12 new Covid-19 positive cases, 56 recovered cases and no death cases taking the active cases tally to 112.

The fresh cases belonged to Imphal East (1), Imphal West (6), Kakching (1), Kangpokpi (1) and Churachandpur (3). The positivity rate was 2.1 percent.

The cumulative number of deaths remained at 2143.

The cumulative number of positive cases is 1,39,575 and the recovery rate is 98.38 percent, Manipur Covid-19 common control room said,
