Five new Covid cases push active cases to 16 in Manipur

Imphal: Manipur on Tuesday reported five new Covid-19 positive cases and no recovered cases, taking the active cases to 16.

The cumulative number of Covid 19 cases in the state now stands at 139831, state Covid-19 common control room said.

No death due to Covid-19 has been reported in the last 24 hours from any part of the state. The cumulative number of Covid-19 deaths remains at 2149, it added.

The number of doses of Covid-19 vaccine administered on Monday was 704.

“If you have any flu or flu like symptoms, get tested. Follow Covid Appropriate Behaviour. Wear masks, wash hands frequently and get vaccinated,” the control room said.
