“Found insincerities amongst the communities living in Manipur by sheltering and giving fake Aadhar Cards to illegal immigrants. This is the biggest threat to our State,” chief minister N. Biren Singh writes on his Facebook post.

“Today, at Kakching PS jurisdiction, 14 persons suspected to be Bangladeshi muslims without valid ILP were detected and have been booked. Similarly, 10 violaters were also detected by Pallel PS and a separate  FIR was registered against them,” he said.

All officials who are involved in issuing such ILP cards will be severely dealt with, the chief minister warns.
