Four new cases push Covid-19 active cases to 32 in Manipur

Imphal: Manipur on Friday reported four new Covid-19 cases with no recovered and death cases, taking the active cases tally to 32.

The cumulative number of Covid 19 cases in the State now stands at 139865. The cumulative number of Covid-19 deaths remains at 2149, state Covid-19 common control room said.

The fresh cases belonged one each to Churachandpur and Thoubal and two to Imphal East. The positivity rate was 2.2 percent and the recovery rate was 98.44 percent. The Covid related death cases remained at 2149 in the state.

The number of doses of Covid-19 vaccine administered on Thursday was 860.

“For any queries, contact state Helpline No. 0385-2410009. If you have any flu or flu like symptoms, get tested. Follow Covid Appropriate Behaviour. Were masks, wash hands frequently and get vaccinated,” the control room said.
