‘Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balashaheb Thackray) Manipur State Unit is formed for own benefit’

Imphal: The new Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balashaheb Thackray) Manipur State Unit is formed by some people in order to get their own benefit, said general secretary (administration) Shiv Sena Manipur State Unit, Chingtham Chandramani Singh.
Shiv Sena Manipur State Unit led by state president M.Tombi Singh is the real state Shiv Sena Manipur Unit, Chandramani said.
Chandramani was addressing reporters at Shiv Sena office, here on Friday.
The so called office bearers of newly formed Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balashaheb Thackray) for Manipur unit are the people who were rejected from Shiv Sena Manipur State Unit, Chandramani said.
The real Shiv Sena is the one that is working under the leadership of Maharastra chief minsiter Eknath Sambhaji Shinde not the Shiv Sena which leading by Uddav Thackrey, he added.
Under the leadership of Eknath Shinde the party has been working with BJP party, with 45 Shiv Sena MLAs out of 55 MLAs in Maharastra. Twelve MPs from Shiv Sena out of 18 MPs are supporting Eknath Shinde, he added.
After ECI has frozen the former party symbol of Bow and Arrow, the commission has approved to adopt ‘Sword and Shield’ as party symbol, he said.
Shiv Sena will be supporting the BJP government at the centre, however Shiv Sena will not tolerate if the BJP government turned against the interest of the people, he added.
Maximum number of candidates will be contesting for the party in the upcoming local body elections, Chandramani said.
