Women traffic police personnel enjoy Ningol Chakouba

Imphal: The superintendent of police (TCPW), Manipur, Wungpam Kasar hosted a Ningol Chakouba feast for the women Traffic personnel at the office of Traffic Control Police Wing, MG Avenue on Saturday.

Most of the women Traffic police personnel missed the Ningol chakouba on October 27 as they were on duty the whole day to manage the usual heavy Ningol chakouba traffic.

“The chakouba was held as a token of respect and appreciation towards our sisters in Traffic police,” the police superintendent said.

On the occasion, the SP and officers of TCPW extended greetings to the women personnel and presented gifts to them.

Those who attended the event hailed the gesture of the SP and expressed that such events helps to lessen the rigours of the uniform service.
