Education (S) signs MoU with Infosys

Imphal: The department of Education (S), Manipur has issued notification providing schedule of examinations for the current Academic Session, 2022-23.

In view of the late start of the current academic session (2022-23) due to Covid-I9 pandemic and to compensate the learning loss, the department scheduled the examinations from Class-I to Class-XI.

For Class-I to Class IX the exam schedule is February 1 to 15 of 2023; for HSLC examinations, it has to begin from March 15, 2023; and for Class-XI promotion examinations and for Hgher Secondary examinations, the examinations have to begin in the last week of February, 2023.

The notification says the schedule has to be followed by all schools irrespective of management.

All state government, aided, private un-aided schools in the state (other than those managed by the central government like the JNVs, KVs, Sainik School and those schools affiliated to the CBSE/ 1CSE) shall strictly follow the schedule of examinations as detailed without fail, said the notification.
