58 BSF Raising day eve celebrated with cultural shows

Imphal: On the eve of 58 BSF Raising day, a cultural programme with Barakhana was organized at STC BSF Churachandpur on Thursday, in which all officers, civil dignitaries, BSF retirees and all Jawans along with families have attended.
The cultural troupe of Central Bureau of Communication, Imphal, Manipur showcased its multicultural/diverse entertainment programmes depicting the unity and integrity of India.
Hidam Shubol Singh, commandant/CI, officiating IG. STC BSF Churachandpur welcomed and felicitated all the troupe members,
Civil dignitaries, the BSF retirees and their family members. He gave his best wishes to all the attendees and urged them to work relentlessly for the betterment of the Force.
Rajkumar Ranjan Singh, minister of state for External Affairs and
Education, Government of India also warmly greeted all the BSF personnel and retirees along with their families for a Happy 58h BSF Raising Day in his personal message to Commandant STC BSF Churachandpur.
The cultural troupe led by Sh. Bimal Chandra of CBC, Imphal performed various famous dance programmes infiuenced from diferent states of India and various patriotic songs which enthralled the audience. Recruit trainees also showcased their various cultural activities during the event. Officers and troops also participated in the cultural activities and all the troops and families including trainees and invitees enjoyed the cultural programme.
