Manipur boys bags consolation prize in Regional RRC quiz

Imphal: Elangbam Jemson Singh and Ngangom Kanta Meitei of DM College of Arts bagged 4th position in the East India Regional RRC Quiz Competition held at Kohima on December 8.

They shared the prize with Sikkim.

They were awarded with a cash prize of Rs 10,000 each and certificates.

Assam, Nagaland and Meghalaya bagged first, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.

The regional winner will further participate in the National competition to be held in January next year.

The eight NE states and West Bengal participated in the competition organised by Nagaland State AIDS Control Society.
