Blast by Sunny Leone show venue

Imphal: A bomb was blasted on Saturday by the venue of a fashion show event in Imphal which actress Sunny Leone is scheduled to ramp as showstopper of Kokhum Festival on Sunday.
No human casualty was reported in the incident.
The blast occurred at Hatta Kangjeibung area. It took place at a distance of about 100 metres south to the fashion show venue at around 6.06 am on Saturday.
No militant outfit has claimed responsibility for the explosion so far till the filing of this report.
The festival is organised by the House of Ali.
Following the blast, Imphal East district magistrate has cancelled the permit issued to organise the fashion parade event as a step for maintenance of taw and order in and around the area.
